This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all reservations for short‑term accommodation services provided by 3D&CO LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”) through the website https://3dandco.store By making a booking, you (“guest”, “you”) agree to be fully bound by this policy.
 
1. General Scope
 

This policy covers all cancellations, refunds, no‑shows, early departures, and booking changes related to confirmed reservations for apartments, houses, and holiday rental properties operated by 3D&CO LIMITED in the United Kingdom.

 
2. How to Cancel
 

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via our official contact email. Verbal or informal cancellation requests are not valid. The cancellation time is defined as the moment we receive your written request.

 
3. Standard Cancellation & Refund Rules
 

Cancellations made 7 days or more before check‑in:

 

100% refund of the total amount paid.

 

Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check‑in:

 

50% refund of the total amount paid.

 

Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before check‑in:

 

No refund.

 
4. No‑Show Policy
 

If you do not check in on the scheduled arrival date and do not notify us in advance, this will be treated as a no‑show. No refund will be provided in the event of a no‑show.

 
5. Early Check‑Out
 

If you choose to leave the accommodation before the end of your confirmed booking period, no partial refund will be issued for unused nights.

 
6. Booking Changes
 

Requests to modify dates, guest numbers, or property type are subject to availability. We may approve reasonable changes at our discretion. Changing a booking does not restart or extend the cancellation period.

 
7. Cancellation by 3D&CO LIMITED
 

We reserve the right to cancel a booking in cases including:

 

Fraudulent payment or false booking information.

 

Breach of our Terms & Conditions or property rules.

 

Safety, maintenance, or unforeseen issues affecting the property.

 
In such cases, we will provide a full refund of all payments received. We are not responsible for external travel costs or additional expenses.
 
8. Force Majeure
 

We cannot guarantee refunds for cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, utility failures, or public emergencies. Refunds will be considered at our sole discretion.

 
9. Refund Processing
 

All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used (Stripe). Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 
10. Non‑Refundable Fees
 

Extra services, additional cleaning fees, or special request fees are non‑refundable once confirmed and added to a booking.
